About Magic Routine

Magic Routine is a free visual timer that helps children aged 2 to 10 follow their daily routines — getting dressed, brushing teeth, homework, bedtime — with less nagging and fewer battles.

Why we made it

Young children cannot read a clock, and "five more minutes" means very little to them. A circle that shrinks as time passes turns time into something they can see. Many families, teachers and therapists use visual timers and visual schedules for this reason, especially with children who have ADHD or autism.

We wanted a tool like that which works in any browser, needs no app install and no account, and is simple enough for a child to follow on their own.

What we believe

Free to use: every feature is available without paying or signing up.

Private by design: your routines stay on your device. Analytics only runs if you accept it.

Clear and calm: big icons, simple sounds and no distractions, so the routine stays the focus.

For every family: the app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French and Italian.

Who is behind it

Magic Routine is an independent project built by a small team. We improve it based on how families use it and on the feedback we receive.

An important note

Magic Routine is a practical tool, not a medical or therapeutic product. Our guides share general information; for questions about your child's development, ADHD or autism, talk to a qualified professional.
